This is a prototype device for testing and verifying a coating that imparts water and oil resistance similar to plastic products to pulp molded food containers, which are gaining attention for their role in reducing plastic use. Based on previous experience, we can propose the necessary functions and application methods for the above coating.

Dip coating is a simple painting method that obtains a coating film by immersing a substrate in paint and then pulling it out. It is often understood that this can be achieved with a machine that has a lifting function along with paint and a liquid tank. While this understanding is not incorrect, it is not sufficient on its own. Here, based on our years of experience, we will introduce the minimum necessary processes to obtain a high-quality coating film, along with our intentions.
